Pursuant to the above provisions, in case the Company pays compensation for damages to employees due to the Company's unilateral termination of labor contracts illegally according to Judgment No. 05/2025/LD-PT dated February 19, 2025 of the People's Court of Binh Duong province, these compensations are income exempt from personal income tax.
